We offer several types of rooms and suites. All rates include a full breakfast with your
choice of hot and cold cereals, eggs, whole-grain bread, fruit, yogurt, juice, tea and freshly roasted coffee from our local
coffee roaster Midnight Sun. Breakfast is self-serve and all food items are stocked in your suite (in the main kitchen for
those in the Green and Rose rooms) so you eat what you want, when you want it!
We are located right downtown in a quiet residential area, just two blocks from Main Street. You
can walk 4 blocks to the Yukon River and the Millenium Trail.
Prices are in Canadian Dollars. Please add 5% GST to room rate.

Green Room
This top-floor room has a queen bed and a single bed. It's own private washroom is down on the main floor. Use of
main floor with living room, wood stove, satellite TV, internet access, fully equipped kitchen, and use of the yard.

Cyr Suite
This newly renovated self-contained basement suite has lots of windows, bright open concept, a fully equipped kitchen,
eating area, living area with fold-out couch, cable TV, sleeping area with two queen beds and a private washroom
with shower.
